My name is Latrice Renee and I’m servant leader in beauty, ministry and business.

For over 25 years I’ve created, built, and scaled across beauty, ministry, and business, developing expertise in administration, creative marketing, and brand building along the way.
In 2019 I answered a new calling and became a licensed nail professional. That decision led to launching a mobile nail business serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and eventually planting roots in DeSoto, TX with Nails That Speak Studio where we’ve had the privilege of serving over 3,500 clients.
But the deeper calling was always this helping others build. Whether mentoring beauty professionals, supporting entrepreneurs, or creating spaces where people discover their potential, that’s where my purpose lives.
The Beauty Ascent Collective was born from everything I’ve learned building from scratch so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
